Do I have to change my business phone number?
No. Your number stays the same on Google, your website and your truck. Calls you can't answer forward to a local number that texts the caller back, so nothing breaks if you ever stop.
What does the Missed Call Audit cost?

Will my customers know the text is automated?
The text comes from your business and is written in your voice. You approve every message before anything goes out, and when a customer replies, you (or your staff) answer them yourself.
Do I need a new website?
Not necessarily. If your current site loads fast on a phone and makes it easy to call you, keep it. If you don't have one, or it's hurting you, I build a simple site made for phones, with tap-to-call and a request form.
Who owns the website and Google profile?
You do. Your domain, your Google Business Profile and your customer list stay in your name.
How fast will I see results?
The Google profile tune-up is done within 48 hours. Business texting has to be approved by the phone carriers first, which takes anywhere from a few days to about three weeks, so I start that on day one.
